Nathan Liles

Aloha! My name is Nathan Liles. I have over 25 years of experience and expertise in all aspects of the building industry. As a former General Contractor, I have experience in all of the building trades. I have built and remodeled hundreds of homes. I started learning carpentry at 15, and continued from there into all fields including: Property development, Framing, Siding, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC. I worked my way through all the steps to management as a worker from laborer to carpenter to foreman, and then working as a commercial Superintendent on many restaurants and other commercial buildings. I owned and operated a General Contracting business for many years in Arizona and California. I achieved this from taking pride in my work and myself.

I received my home inspection certification from American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT®) and was originally licensed and certified in the state of Arizona. I am also registered with The American Society of Home Inspectors®, Inc (ASHI®). In 2016, I brought my knowledge and expertise with me to the island of Maui. With extensive experience as a home builder and remodeler I also have the knowledge to offer advice on how to maintain the property as well as to perform simple repairs. I can also point you in the right direction should your home need more significant repairs or upgrades.
